4. Account Deletion and Data Retention

4.1 Account Deletion

If you delete your Kapture account, all associated personal data stored by Kapture Labs will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

4.2 Re-Download and Future Data Persistence

At present, deleting the App or your account results in a fresh start upon reinstallation.In future versions of Kapture, we may introduce features such as saved presets, formulas, favorites, or custom editing profiles. When these features are introduced:

- Certain user-created data points (such as saved formulas or presets) may be securely associated with your account
- This allows meaningful creative work (for example, a custom preset created over significant time) to remain available across devices or reinstalls
